Rocío Gil-Casares Casanova
Head of Operations Administration and Monitoring
Rocío Gil-Casares Casanova has a degree in Business Administration and Management from the Autonomous University of Madrid and a post-doctorate in Refinancing and Restructuring from the IEB.
She has spent her professional career at ICO where she has held various roles and responsibilities in different positions. She has formed part of the Financial Institution Mediation, Territorial State Funds, and Guarantee Facility Management teams. Since 2020, she has held positions of responsibility within the General Risk Directorate: Head of the Wholesale Recovery and Monitoring Area and Head of the Monitoring and Recoveries Department.
As Head of Operations Administration and Monitoring of ICO, she is responsible for the control and monitoring of the risk of ICO's direct operations, the analysis, negotiation and proposal to the competent bodies of ICO of the restructuring of operations in normal risk in special surveillance, doubtful and failed risk, as well as the management, evaluation and execution of the recoveries of the operations financed directly by ICO. She is also responsible for the coordination, monitoring and control of recoveries and defaults of the State Guarantee lines of credit.
